Delicious Maple Syrup made by Lutsen, MN's Caribou Cream, LLC.

Caribou Cream maple syrup is made in a refitted garage using sap gathered from drip lines rented from the U.S. Forestry Department. Caribou Cream has won the blue ribbon for syrup at the Minnesota State Fair a number of times; in 2003, it also snared the blue ribbon for best syrup at the Vermont State Fair.
