Want the fresh water breeze on your face but can't make it up to Lake Superior? Fear not! Let Martha Brummitt give you the chance to stretch your sea legs on Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis. A North House Folk School intern alumna, Martha learned the ropes as a deckhand on the school's Schonner Hjordis. Now, she can teach you the basics or sail you away on an urban pleasure cruise for two hours. 

Let Martha regale you with tales of North House or wow you with her accolades as a barefoot water skiier, log roller, and seamstress. Your face will hurt from laughter and smiles after two hours with one of our favorite intern alumna!
