Tasting for four (4) people plus a lovely bottle of Auburn James wine signed by the wine maker.  Auburn James winemaking facility in St. Helena, Calif., houses the entire operation. It is here that each vintage of AuburnJames wines is crafted.

Typically each harvest is conducted during the early morning hours so that the fruit is still cold from the overnight fall harvest breezes in the valley. When Jim decides it is time, relatively small blocks of fruit from each vineyard are harvested and processed in what best is described as a fabric woven together from the hearts and hands of many AuburnJames friends and family. Crush is an event at AuburnJames! It is a memory filled snapshot in time that we are ALL able to relive and enjoy about 2-1/2 years later at release.
