In InsightLA's "Buddha's Path", students will explore the essential Buddhist teachings, and ways to deepen their meditation practice. Classes begin November 14, 2018.

InsightLA offers this class with an open heart to everyone who seeks a more authentic and friendly connection to themselves and their community. While the context is the Buddha's teachings, these practices are universal. They help to develop personal awareness and compassion, giving rise to greater peace and happiness in the world. 

In each class, students and teacher will spend time on meditating together; a teaching; a group discussion; and practical support. Together they will create a comfortable space where personal questions about meditation practice can be aired, and where detailed instructions and answers in response to those questions will be received. 

Beth Sternlieb has been involved with InsightLA from the start and seeing our community grow from an idea into a reality has awakened in her a deeper appreciation for what an unexpected transformation mindfulness and commitment can bring into our lives.
