Join Tim Olmsted and Tergar Meditation Community for a weekend program entitled "A Boundless Heart: Connecting to the World Through the Four Immeasurables" at the Discovery Yoga Center, St. Augustine, Florida, January 19 - 21, 2018

In this weekend program, participants will explore this beautiful and profound journey of the Four Immeasurables through teaching, discussions and sessions of meditation. This weekend program is open to anyone interested in transforming their heart and experience of the world, experienced meditators and those who are just starting out.

Tim Olmsted has been a student of meditation for the past 40 years. For twelve of those years, Tim lived in Nepal, working as a psychotherapist serving the international community. There he studied with many of the greatest Buddhist teachers of our time principally, the renowned meditation master, Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche. After returning to the United States, he served for three years as the director of Gampo Abbey in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Tim now travels internationally as a Senior Instructor for Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche’s Tergar Meditation Community. Tim is the founder of the Yongey Foundation which supports and promotes Mingyur Rinpoche's activities in the Asia. He is also the founder and president of the Pema Chödrön Foundation.

Under the guidance of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, a well-known Tibetan Buddhist meditation master and best-selling author, the Tergar community of meditation centers offers weekly meditation and study groups, as well as regular seminars on meditation and the core principles of the Buddhist path.
