Rebecca Li, a teacher in the Dharma Drum Lineage of Chan, invites the successful bidder for this item to join her at Dharma Drum Retreat Center in Pine Bush, New York, for either:
- the Foundation Retreat, April 6-7, 2018, or
- the Beginner's Mind Retreat, August 10-12, 2018.

Dharma Drum is located in Pine Bush, New York, 90 miles northwest of New York City. Their campus lies below the ecologically protected Shawangunk Ridge amid 125 acres of woods and meadowland. A tributary of the Verkeerder Kill flows from below Sam’s Point Preserve on the ridge down through the property, where it forms a tranquil pond (Murray Pond) not far from the Chan hall.
Dharma Drum Retreat Center (DDRC) was founded by the renowned scholar and teacher of Chan Buddhism, Chan Master Sheng Yen. Currently, the resident abbot is Guo Yuan Fashi, one of the Dharma heirs of Master Sheng Yen.

The retreat fee includes a single-occupancy bedroom.
The retreat fee includes all meals. Breakfast, lunch and a light supper (“medicine meal”) are all provided in the dining hall.
