I have so much to say!... They offer a diverse selection of classes including yoga, Pilates, cycling, boot camp, dance and aerobics (my FAV!!!)... The entire vibe of the gym is that it's inclusive to anyone. There are people from all backgrounds & all fitness levels working out. It's welcoming, low pressure and noncompetitive, which makes for less distractions and no feelings of self-consciousness... The space is beautiful, the equipment is brand new, it's clean and filled with natural light.
