This was one of the finest dining experiences I have had in a long time. In a city that has so many choices, Upper West is on point in every category! This place is so nice! Great ambiance and very romantic. It was a warm night and they had their giant windows open, which made it breezy and wonderful. I hear their cocktails are great but my husband and I had a bottle of an amazing Central Coast wine... We ate tapas style...
