Honeybird’s Signature Spiced Fried Chicken. Brined for 28 hours in their special Honeybird herb & spices, breaded and freshly fried.
Yummy sides include collard greens tossed with applewood smoked bacon, brown sugar, and cider vinegar; roasted Brussel sprouts, with burnt pork belly ends, pickled shallots, and cider glaze.
For dessert banana cream/pecan/salted honey/key lime/bread pudding pies (Pies change with the seasons.)
