The certificate entitles bearer to 50 (:30) commercials on Spectrum Dothan, Enterprise, and WOW Cable systems airing on various cable networks based on inventory availability at time of placement. The certificate must be used First Quarter 2018- (January- March). The certificate expires March 16, 2018.

Scenic Cable, a locally owned cable television, advertising, and video production company, was established in 1988. From the beginning, the company has been devoted to meeting the needs of its community. Owners Terry Duffie and David Mit Kirkland have been involved in radio and television since the mid-60s.
