This auction item is for one month of kids classes at unWOD, valued at $70. The classes are on Tuesday/Thursday at 3:30. 

UnWOD is a medical analysis, strategy, and solution to improve technique and resolve discomfort caused by soft tissue limitations to functional movement. 

The staff at unWOD is more than a group of therapists. We take the time to explain not only the correct movement patterns and mobility, but WHY those things are so important, and HOW to achieve better positioning every time you move. This involves a combination of coaching, education, and administration of treatment. You can schedule time with us for any or all of those specialized services.
