The Finger Lakes Chapter of the ADK presents a weekend of waterfalls.  The winners of this auction will be treated to a summer weekend of exploring the multitude of waterfalls in the Finger Lakes Region and experience the natural beauty, gorges, and amazing sites.

      Among the many waterfalls we’ll explore will be the highest single-drop waterfall east of the Rocky Mountains at Taughannock Falls.  There are short walks to Buttermilk Falls and Montour Falls or long excursions in Treman Park and Watkins Glen State Park. 

     The winners, in conjunction with the guide, will pick a suitable weekend itinerary and will be providing guidance as to accommodations based on the winner’s preference from (your) tents and sleeping bags to seasonal cabins to an affordable motel up to a 3 Star Hotel.

    Many of the waterfalls are accessible for all ages and abilities, some you can drive up to.  Based on the winner’s preference the guide can include waterfalls with moderate hiking. The area covered includes Ithaca and Watkins Glen.
