Hand, Hoof & Heart has generously donated for auction one month of horseback riding lessons at its East Cobb stable located at 1580 Murdock Road Marietta, GA.  Hand, Hoof & Heart was founded in 2014. At that time the program had two horses and five riders and has grown into a team of six horses and 15 riders.

The program has expanded and now includes a Special Olympics riding team, an equestrian club and an unmounted horsemanship program for children with special needs under the age of 3.

Their mission is to continue to develop innovative animal-assisted programs, recreational opportunities and services that may benefit the lives of people of all ages in the Special Needs Community.

Hand, Hoof & Heart shares a common purpose with the MDE School and has been a valuable and generous part of the MDE School program. What a great way to provide a special gift to a special child with a winning bid of this generous offer at the same time supporting the Life Skills Program at the MDE School and the wonderful Hand, Hoof & Heart organization.
