Iron Tribe Fitness is becoming a way to get fit, and enjoy the process! Every workout is 45 minutes, with two highly trained coaches to help you every step of the way. To ensure that the coaches are able to provide each client with aid, classes are limited to 20 participants. Iron Tribe Fitness aims to blend one-on-one coaching with group fitness. It has been ranked one of the top 5 best workouts in the nation, thanks to its High Intensity Interval Traning and friendly staff. Every workout is different, to keep you engaged and classes fun.
