With views of fresh market produce, an open kitchen, and a terracotta-clad wood oven, guests are immersed in the cooking experience as they dine. At Centrolina’s retail wing, chef Brandwein dons the grocer’s apron, giving her guests a shopping experience that reflects her personal experiences with Italian cooking and the products and produce she loves and uses.
