Baton Rouge artist Simon Baxter will use your photograph to create a 24" x 30" custom animal portrait of one pet in acrylic on canvas. "I like to keep the animal looking the same. But I use my own color palette," explained Simon, whose portraits of capital city cats and dogs have earned him an appreciative following.

Successful bidders can pick up items at Cat Haven's 16th annual Cat Tails & Cocktails fundraiser taking place from 7 - 10 p.m. on October 6th at the Guru in Baton Rouge, after the silent auction closes. Bidders can also pick up items at the Cat Haven Adoption Center located at 11130 N. Harrell's Ferry Road during business hours. We are open Monday through Saturday from 12-6 p.m. and Sunday from 12-4 p.m. Successful bidders can also have the items shipped at their expense. We can be reached at 225-636-2680.
