Make your furry friend the star of the show! The winning bidder will enjoy a custom pet portrait by local artist Emily Eskine. This package includes a portrait of your beloved pet in the Blue Dog style made famous by George Rodrigue on a 16x20 canvas with the classic cypress tree background, using acrylic paint and a gloss varnish seal.
More about the artist:
Emily grew up in the small town of White Castle next to the Mississippi river, where she adopted a love of art since she was a young child. She moved to Baton Rouge in 2004 and has studied several mediums of art including theatre, photography, digital art and graphic design. She directs her focus to painting but also enjoys working on illustrations, character designs and SFX in film. Alongside her art Emily works as a pet sitter and dog walker and also fosters with local animal rescues.

Successful bidders can pick up items at Cat Haven's 16th annual Cat Tails & Cocktails fundraiser taking place from 7 - 10 p.m. on October 6th at the Guru in Baton Rouge, after the silent auction closes. Bidders can also pick up items at the Cat Haven Adoption Center located at 11130 N. Harrell's Ferry Road during business hours. We are open Monday through Saturday from 12-6 p.m. and Sunday from 12-4 p.m. Successful bidders can also have the items shipped at their expense. We can be reached at 225-636-2680.
