Ally's Boxing Club is located at 231 Grove Street in West Roxbury, MA. Ally's Boxing Club offers a variety of classes for women, men, and kids of all ages, regardless of level of fitness and boxing experience. The indoor boxing bootcamp classes benefits anyone craving a higher intensity one hour OR half an hour total body workout. Each class consists of a variation of cross-training boxing (utilizing heavy bags and weights), 1-on-1 pad punching, cardio kickboxing, intense ab workout, strength training, plyometrics, and more! Each session is different and designed to burn 1,200 calories.
