The origin of Durgin-Park and its typically Yankee recipes goes back to the pre-Revolutionary days.  Despite ownership changes over its long history, the restaurant remains the same – complete with a sassy waitstaff and still serving the freshest meats, fish, and produce one can find in Boston, not to mention their famous Boston Baked Beans.
