"Oh Happy Day: Goin' Back to Gospel" debuts its 2017 Show on Wednesday, April 26th and will appear Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during the 2017 season.
"Oh Happy Day: Goin' Back to Gospel" features a "supergroup" of talented vocalists: Gary Koreiba, who has sung on Gaither "Homecoming" Videos, and was the lead singer of Pierce Arrow in Branson for 13 years; Kim Boyce, a former Miss Florida with eleven #1 Hits in Christian music; Allen Asbury, a Contemporary Christian singer who played the role of Simon Peter in "The Promise;" and Debra Paxton, a renowned background vocalist and daughter of rock 'n roll and gospel legend, Gary S. Paxton.
"Oh Happy Day: Goin' Back to Gospel" highlights some of the greatest, classic gospel songs of all time. Songs by The Rambo's, Gaithers, Imperials, Russ Taff, and Andre Crouch, as well as hymns, combine to present a new morning show that is thoroughly unique in Branson.
