Special Instructions
- Must be on a mutually agreed upon date before November 14, 2018.
- Some restrictions apply.
- Maximum capacity is based upon room configuration.
- Includes private planning meeting with Music Hall staff and general AV services.
- Includes 6 hours of technical assistance.
- Event must be no longer than four hours and needs to happen between the hours of 9:00am-4:00pm.
- Catering and beverage service are not included but may be arranged for an additional cost.
- Certificate of Insurance will need to be provided.
- Winner must host this event through a registered organization: LLC, 501(c)3, INC.
