This is a week's stay at an upper level cottage at Philbrick's by the Sea in Rye.  The charming cottage features a fully restored bedroom for double occupancy, a direct ocean view, high speed fiber optic wireless internet, a living room, and a new, fully equipped kitchen.  The whole fabulous space is cooled by central A/C.
