Germack Pistachio Co. is the oldest roaster of pistachio nuts in the United States. It began roasting nuts in Detroit's historic Eastern Market in 1924! Germack roasts a full line of nuts, seeds and coffees in-house. They also offer a full-line of dried fruits, chocolates, nostalgic candies, and gourmet gifts.
