DOES NOT include insurance or security deposit. The customer is responsible for purchasing the insurance through the AHCCC or they may use their own. If they use their own, they are required to submit a certificate of insurance and endorsement policy, listing the Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center as additionally insured and liability covering at least $1,000,000.
