A week stay in a Two-Bedroom cabin in the New River Valley, West Virginia.


Two-bedroom cabin in the New River Valley, a scenic area managed by the National Park Service. Bedrooms are air-conditioned.  Knotty pine living room and down home old-time kitchen with modern appliances.  Large screened porch ideal for reading, relaxing and conversations.  Canoes and kayaks available for exploring the river.  Guide books for hiking trails in the area and for identifying flora, fauna and geological features. 


Cabin is not a rental property.  Used for family outings since it was built in the 1950s. 


Available April through October for a one-week stay. 


Historic Hinton, once a major hub on the Chesapeake and Oho Railroad, is three miles upstream.  Camp Brookside, a 31-acre seasonal island in the River now used as an outdoor education center, is one-half mile downstream.   The Greenbrier Resort, a stop on the PGA tour, is a 45 minute drive on I-64.  Magnificent Sandstone Falls are five miles downstream
