Katey Stone, the Landry Family Head Coach for Harvard Women’s Ice Hockey, is the winningest coach in the history of Division I women’s hockey, as she has amassed 453 victories over the course of her storied career. One of the most successful coaches in the history of the women’s collegiate game, Stone has spent all 23 of her seasons as a head coach with the Crimson.


Stone became the first head coach to reach 450 wins in 2016-17, as the Crimson's senior class graduated as one of few to claim both ECAC and Ivy League titles, while also advancing to a Frozen Four and NCAA Championship game. Her success also includes the 1999 AWCHA national championship, four appearances in the NCAA championship game (2003, 2004, 2005, 2015), 11 NCAA tournament appearances in the event’s 15-year history, seven ECAC regular-season titles, six ECAC tournament championships, eight Ivy League titles and 11 Beanpots.
