This gift certificate entitles the winning bidder to free rental of the party space at the Santa Monica Pier Merry-Go-Round for up to 30 guests (adults and children), six 6' banquet tables and 30 chairs, and UNLIMITED RIDES on the carousel for all guests.  Although usually used for children's birthday parties, there is no limit on the age of the guests.  Think what fun this would be for a teen beach party or family reunion!

Located in the Hippodrome on the world famous Santa Monica Pier, the carousel is home to a wooden family of animals consisting of 44 horses, 1 rabbit, 2 sleighs, and 1 goat. The carousel was built sometime in the 1920s by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company and has been housed in the Hippodrome since 1947. The Hippodrome was built in 1916 and is the oldest building on the pier. Come party with your family and friends in a National Historic Landmark!
