We Olive & Wine Bar Cincinnati is located in Fountain Square. Here, husband & wife owners, Cody & Leah Jones, tell us a little bit about themselves, how they came to join the We Olive family, and the experience they have in store for the foodies of Cincinnati.

Get to know Cody & Leah…

We met in the service industry, while both attending the University of Cincinnati. Straight out of college we were married and decided to keep our roots in the city that we love. Some of the things we like to do for fun are wine and dine, go to the movies, catch a Bengals game (Who Dey!), entertain in our home, and spend time with our dogs, Malachi and Akela. The two of us were both raised in Cincinnati and have a deep passion for our city. We’re particularly excited about the growth that’s taken place over the past 10 years or so and we’re looking forward to being a continued part of it!

The We Olive concept is perfect for us as lovers of food and wine. It’s important that we bring high-quality products and service to our community and an experience that’s energizing. We Olive has all of this in an old-world setting that reminds me of my Italian roots and how good meals bring people together. The Mediterranean diet is among the healthiest in the world and we’re proud to encourage a way of life that is healthful and enjoyable.

Cody & Leah’s favorites… 

One our favorite products is the Fresh Garlic Olive Oil – it’s rich and versatile. We use it in pasta dishes, stir fry, dressings and more. The taste is truly of fresh garlic so it’s a great time saver when we want the garlic flavor, quick and easy.

We also love the Artichoke Caper Tapenade. Spread on a cracker or crusty bread, the flavor profile of the tapenade is delicious enough to be the main event.
