Amy and Chuck Jones had always dreamed of owning a family business. After tasting the amazing Chocolate Salted Caramel cupcake and experiencing the fun atmosphere of Gigi’s Cupcakes in Beavercreek, Ohio, it installed a desire to bring the Gigi’s franchise back home with them to the Queen city.

“Gigi’s inspiring story and the passion other owners expressed about their business were exciting and a perfect match for our family,” says Amy. To embrace their community and spread joy to all who enter the doors of Gigi’s Cupcakes Cincinnati, embodies the principles that the Jones family hope to reflect as local business owners.
