Goetta must be picked up at the Glier's plant in Covington, KY. Comes in 1 lb. rolls. You may pick-up all 24 lbs. at once, or on two separate pick-ups...must pick-up minimum of 12 lbs. each time.
FYI - These packaged rolls of goetta freeze nicely. Keep one out to cook, freeze the rest so you always have a fresh supply of delicious Glier's Goetta!
