For over four generations, our own “family” of teppanyaki chefs, servers, staff and management is dedicated to supporting and remaining an integral part of Shoji's. We commonly meet with three generations of customers who have become like family.

Make it Shoji's and enjoy Teppanyaki" an ancient style of cooking in which the chef prepares prime cuts of beef, chicken and seafood together with rice and fresh seasonable vegetables in front of you and cooks by grilling on a large steel hotplate called a "Teppan". In Japan "yaki" refers to ingredients that have been grilled, hence "Teppanyaki".
