2015 Pinot Gris, 2013 Tempranillo, and 2012 Merlot, from Pebblestone  includes Tastings for 4 People

We are a family-owned business, fulfilling our dreams and passions for wine for over 30 years. The grapes used in our wines come exclusively from Ellis Vineyards, which is located in the middle of an ancient riverbed. We chose the name “PEBBLESTONE,” as it aptly describes the sandy, gravelly, and well-drained soils of our vineyard. This special soil and the warm sunny climate of Southern Oregon are major contributors to the intense aromatics and flavors which are characteristic in our wines.

Harvest begins in mid to late September on the Tempranillo and Pinot Gris varieties and continues until the end of October for the Cabernet and Cabernet Franc varieties. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested at the end of October when the canopy of grape leaves have given all they can and are browning and falling off the vine.

Once harvested, our fruit is transported to the winery for crushing and the start of the winemaking process.  We hope that you will enjoy the resulting wines that are created from the “fruits of our labors.”
