Get moving!  Whether it’s for fun, for fitness, or maybe even because you’re interested in competing, Asphalt Green’s Freestyle 101 is a great first step.  Our team of instructors will help you master freestyle, by focusing on essential skills like rotary breathing, proper body position, and proper flutter kick.  With the overarching goal of “smart swimming,” we’ll use a variety of swimming drills to build efficiency in the water.
