Description
Certificate is good for one last will and testament for a husband and wife by Kevan I Benkowitz. The wills include a bypass trust for advanced tax planning as well as a contingent trust for controlled gifting to children or other beneficiaries.
Special Instructions
Following the e-mail notification of a winning bid, this item will be available for pick up in person at Mathews Elementary School, south entrance (between the gym and cafeteria) during the following dates and times.
Auction Item Pick up times:
Monday, November 13 – 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Thursday, November 16 – 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm
If you are not available to pick up in person on November 13 or 16 during the designated times, please contact the auction committee at auction@mathewspta.org for alternate arrangements.
If item needs to be shipped, a shipping charge will be added to the winning bidder’s charge for shipping and insurance. Please contact the auction committee at auction@mathewspta.org for shipping arrangements.
