Description
One complete weekday (Mon-Thurs) outdoor family photo session. One large 11x14 print from the winners favorite image of the session. 20% off all additional items. Session must include kids. And be completed by May 31, 2018.
Mathews Elementary Families only. One package per family.
If session is scheduled Fri-Sun, a payment of $159 session fee and subject to photographers availability. Non-transferrable. No at home sessions. Sessions to be held at one of the many public locations at which photographer regularly meets clients One certificate per family or household. No individual may be included in more than one auction winning photo session with Kevin James McCrea Photography in any 36 month period. Winter Break: last available date to redeem in 2017 is Dec 8. First available date to redeem in 2018 is Feb 20.
Special Instructions
Following the e-mail notification of a winning bid, this item will be available for pick up in person at Mathews Elementary School, south entrance (between the gym and cafeteria) during the following dates and times.
Auction Item Pick up times:
Monday, November 13 – 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Thursday, November 16 – 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm
If you are not available to pick up in person on November 13 or 16 during the designated times, please contact the auction committee at auction@mathewspta.org for alternate arrangements.
If item needs to be shipped, a shipping charge will be added to the winning bidder’s charge for shipping and insurance. Please contact the auction committee at auction@mathewspta.org for shipping arrangements.
