Owners John and Betsy Hartnett refer to 2880 Wines, a small but mighty 600-case, family-run winery, as a backyard vineyard, because it is planted directly behind their home and when harvest comes they with a few friends hand pick every vine.

You and up to 5 guests spend a delightful afternoon at the winery, which is not often open to the public, with John and Betsy who will show you around the vineyard then offer your group a chance to taste all of their current releases.

All will enjoy a delicious lunch under the grape arbor and afterwards head home with a mixed case of wine, including their 2016 Napa Valley Rose, with its aromatics of strawberries and guava; 2016 North Coast Sauvignon Blanc, that offers a palate of fresh stone fruit; and 2014 Napa Valley Red Wine, a blend of 3 Rhone varietals.
