Raff Distillerie was founded in 2011 by Master Distiller Carter Raff. He has been distilling for 15 years and making wine for over 25.

Bummer and Lazarus Dry Gin: This Gin starts as brandy made from 100% California Grapes then is redistilled with Juniper Berries, Orris Root, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Bitter Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Cinnamon Bark and Licorice Root.

Emperor Norton Absinthe Dieu: This premium Absinthe is a perfect representation of the absinthe served all over Paris 130 years ago. Woody hints of wormwood and a gentle taste of anise followed by floral and citrus undertones.
