Reiki is a Japanese healing method/art that promotes relaxation. A session involves light touch (or can be done without touch if preferred.) Clients are fully clothed and can be seated or lying down. Reiki helps to elicit the relaxation response with diverse potential benefit for mind, body and spirit.
