Great for fondue, simply place included scalloped ring insert on top of the pot. Also includes a wire rack for deep frying. Made by Iwachu, one of the leading ironware crafters in Japan. Nanbu Tekki, or ironware, has been produced in Iwate prefecture for more than 400 years, and is highly regarded by the Japanese for its beauty and ability to retain heat.
