Donburi bowls great for rice, noodles, soup, cereal, etc. Bowls measure 7" dia x 3.5", 6" dia x 3.5", and 4.5" dia x 3.5.". This type of glaze originated in China, but became popular and ultimate started being produced in Japan by the end of the Kamakura period.
