Make fluffy, glistening rice with this ceramic gohan nabe. Great for takikomi gohan, or mixed rice dishes which can include seasonal meat and fish, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. Also great for making gohan with "okoge", which has a slightly burnt and crunchy texture. 7.5" dia x 6".
