Her family has honed the craft of Dashi, the base used for almost all delectible Japanese dished from curry, miso-shiro, somen tsuyu, and so many others. Grab a little taste of Odashi Uneno right here at JCCCNC. Be sure to look for Odashi Uneno as they are hoping to schedule a Dashi workshop at the JCCCNC later this year!
