This 100% Japanese silk tie depicts Akashi-yaki, small round dumplings made out of egg batter and octopus and dipped in a dashi sauce before eating. the Japanse city of Akashi (Hyogo prefecture) and Vallejo, California will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of their sister city relationship in 2018!
