Hooshere is a NYC based singer/songwriter whose first album, entitled Provenance, is a unique contemporary interpretation of traditional Armenian music, featuring original arrangements and compositions, and both modern and traditional instrumentation. She has received several industry songwriting awards and accolades, and her songs have been placed in documentary films, as well as hit prime time network television shows. Her latest release, entitled So Far Away,features all original songs - it is a reflection of her evolution as a songwriter and simultaneoously remains true to her Armenian roots and influences. Hooshere is honored to help raise money for the Armenian Relief Society through her music.
