It sits in the Pine Mountain Lake community of Groveland, and is ideal for day trips to Buck and Tuolumne Meadows, Cherry Lake, the Hetch Hetchy reservoir, and Glacier Peak. It's a wonderful house for 4 seasons of fun:

• 1 mile from Pine Mountain Lake (lake fun! Waterskiing, canoeing, swimming, etc.) and


• 1 mile from an 18-hole golf course


• In winter, the house is within driving distance of sledding and skiing.

The main living area is perfect for lots of people to cook, hang out, and play games together, and the backyard - which includes a 100 ft. all-ages zipline, horseshoe pit, and tire swing - is great for tarantula-finding, hammock-swinging, or bbqs and beers.

This is our extended family's second home and not a vacation rental.
