Original Photo Collage Featuring Hal Prince and Stephen Sondheim, Signed by Sondheim

In honor of the release of Lonnie Price’s acclaimed documentary The Best Worst Thing That Could Even Happen, a brilliant collage of Rivka Katvan’s photographs taken of Stephen Sondheim, Hal Prince and the Broadway company of Merrily We Roll Along in rehearsal in 1981 and including a photograph of Mr. Sondheim, Mr. Prince and original company members at the curtain call of the 2002 reunion concert. When he saw this collage, Mr. Sondheim said it was one of his favorite photographs and asked for a print of his own to hang in his townhouse. Now you have one as well. Signed by Mr. Sondheim.

This framed portrait was taken by Ms. Katvan, one of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS’ most ardent champions. Since 1993, she has donated more than 80 extraordinary portraits of Broadway’s most beloved stars, helping raise more than $220,000 for Broadway Cares. Thank you, Rivka!
