An Evening with Essential Oils

Item Number: 253
Time Left: CLOSED
Description
A fun, relaxing event co-hosted by UMCS moms: Sarah Cheek, Rebecca St. James, Ana Moreno, Karen Witham, and Anna Elbers.
This lifestyle education workshop is for adults who want to reach overall wellness goals holistically by supporting mind/body balance, general health and moods with essential oils. Essential oils are 50-70 times more concentrated than herbs and can be a powerful healing source for you and your family. This introductory workshop is hands-on where products will be made to take home. We will focus on learning how to use and which oils to use to promote general well-being and benefits such as:
- Improved energy
- Relaxation
- Immune Support
- Stress Reduction
- Muscle/Joint Pain Relief
- Digestive Support
From Sarah Cheek: “Only therapeutic grade oils will be used. This is not a sales pitch for an oil brand, my goal is talking about what oils can offer us in our daily lives. I’ve been using and blending for myself and family for over 20 years.” 100% of proceeds go to UMCS. Recipe books and resource materials will be provided. 25 spots available; adults only.
