Yoga Alameda provides an inviting and encouraging space with knowledgeable and experienced teachers in the spirit of healing, love, transformation and service. Class offerings include Heated Vinyasa, Little Movers and Me, Yin Yoga, Vin/Yin, Prenatial Yoga, Mama & Baby Yoga, Family Yoga, and Candle Lit Gentle Flow.
