In 1945, a restaurant visionary named Nicholas Manero opened the first Manero’s® in Greenwich, Connecticut. With the help of committed family members and a terrific staff, the restaurant soon gained a reputation for quality products and personalized, high levels of service. The restaurant was an innovator in having it’s own butcher shop and retail market, singing waiters and the development of the Gorgonzola salad.
