Description
Gabriela M. Vásquez, LASA parent and graduate of the Texas Culinary Academy, will come to your home and prepare an authentic, delicious Paella Mixta outdoors for you and your guests.
Paella Mixta is a wonderful mix of seafood, chicken, Spanish chorizo, and other meats blended with spices and fragrant saffron-scented rice. (We regret that at this time, we cannot make changes or substitutions).
Please provide two weeks notice to schedule your event. Party is for up to 25 people.
Special Instructions
At the conclusion of the auction, once payment is confirmed, the winner will receive an email with instructions to contact Gabriela and make arrangements to redeem his/her item.
